They called and said that they could lower and/or forgive my student loans. This wasn't true. They have charged me money to help consolidate loans and didn't provide me any help at all. They keep contacting you no matter what trying to get money out of you.

Receive an letter in mail about student loan forgiveness with a federal student consolidation program. Where the goverment will forgive a great about of my loan. And and also I can have 0 payments for 20 hrs but if accepted I might require a 999 penalty fee
