when calling in caller id shows "Nicki 73266387865 secondtrunk". Name of Ryan Miller is calling. wanting payment from me/our business (asks for me by name) for services and account closure in Oct 2017. When I have asked what kind of service he goes through his story so fast you cannot understand him. Has something to with internet searching. I informed him I never approved such a service and something like that is handled through our main office. He made it to our payables dept and when the gal asked to hear the "supposed" recording of me approving this service, he hung up on her. I also asked for a copy of an invoice I never received. He said it was mailed (gave me our mailing address), emailed (couldn't provide the email address as they updated their system and it didn't carry over) and he surely didn't have our fax number. I've asked to hear the recording and he keeps changing the topic and is very very billergerent. Threatening to turn me over to the attorney, I have told him to go right ahead. The invoice he finally sent over was dated the same day as the day he called and Chicago is misspelled. Also shows funds payable (USD). I'm trying to get him to stop calling and wasting my time.
