This company sent a catalog through the mail advertising a weight loss supplement. My mother sent a check to purchase it, they cashed her check, and never sent the product. The company has no website, no phone number, and no email address listed to be able to contact customer service. There is a warranty that guarantees customer satisfaction, but absolutely no way to contact the company, besides sending them a letter. That is what my mother did, and never heard a response. The "doctor" featured in their extensive catalog is also fake. She sent the check in October 2015, they cashed it 2 weeks later, and never sent the product. It has been over 7 months, and they have never sent anything or responded to her letter. Online reviews & complaints show that this happened to many others who also purchased the product. A legitimate company that's merely out of stock or on back-order would send a letter to all paying customers letting them know there is a delay, but we have received no communication, and they are not registered on the BBB.
