I went to renew my Ga LLC online. I thought I was on the GA Secretary of State website however, when I got the payment confirmation in my email, it was from Direct Incorporation. So I went to my bank account to see where my money went; It went to Direct Incorporation when it should have went to the Secretary of State. I've tried calling two different numbers for this "business" ** and cannot get through either one. Both are listed as Direct Incorporations phone numbers. They took $172 from me and My LLC was not renewed. I received a letter in the mail one month later from the actual Secretary of State as a notice of intent to dissolve because my LLC had not been renewed.
