I purchased a ticket from directferries.com on September 10th for $51 to receive a boarding pass for Golden Star Ferries to transfer from the island of Santorini, Greece to Crete, Greece. The ticket was for October 27th, 2018 at 6:15pm but when I arrived to the port I was informed that this ferry does not exist and that it is actually a common scam.
