Posted an ad on facebook. Bought a product on April 7 and was told it was being prepared to ship, then would take 8- 20 days to receive. On May 5 I reached out to customer service and was told it was in transit and would be there in a couple days. On May 14 was told he had no information for me and that whenever my item DID show up I could return it. I don't believe this product will ever show up to me, but they sure did process my money April 7. Their websites haven't been updated since October of 2019, and there is no way to dispute or reach anyone with answers. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and feel robbed.

This “company” supposedly sells nail dip powder and kits. It advertises that shipping takes 8-20 days. I ordered well over a month ago and the product is not in. They never reached out to let me know there would be any delays and then in email they says shipping times are different than what’s on their website. I have requested money back but have not received a response yet.

This website claims to be a small American business that offers nail dip kits, powders, and accessories. At some point this could have been a legitimate company, but it appears as of now it is not. Orders are not being shipped and the customer service is not offering refunds on orders placed. I have asked for a refund from an order placed on April 1st three times already and keep being denied saying I will receive my order “soon”. As I understand things are difficult right now with COVID, that does not excuse a company from providing a refund for product not received. The only information given by this company in means of contact are a support email and an address to an office building that rents out space.

I called this building to see if there was a company by this name since a suite/office number is not provided on their website. I was told they have no such company, so the address appears to be fake. There is no contact phone number, and no actual information about who owns the company that can be found. The company is very active on social media, deleting anything negative stated by unhappy customers that have not received orders.

There are multiple reviews on Trustpilot.com that are now not able to be seen due to the company attempting to report them and have them removed, even though they are all organic, non promoted reviews from real customers all experiencing the same problem. This company can not be found to leave a review on ScamPulse.com either. It has been 41 days since I placed my order and 39 days since they stated they “shipped” my order. I don’t believe I will be receiving anything and would really like to help people avoid this mess.
