this company attached itself to a health care facility, I was trying to pay my Hackensack Meridian hospital co pay. this company came up in the search engine. Doxo is a third party bill paying company. I did not realize they are not affliated with the hospital. I paid them with a debit card to pay my copay 25.00 plus they charged a fee 3.99. they confirmed my bill was paid, but they never paid the bill, they just kept the money. When I contacted doxo, the representive would not refund the payment, Cassandra stated it had to go on to a supervisor to be reviewed, she was not able to issue a refund. I would like my money refunded 28.99 and I feel this company is scamming people and stating that they pay bills that they are not paying! do not use DOXO!!!!
