I paid them for patio furniture 2 months ago. A month ago, I was sent a pair of Rayban sunglasses instead, with an invoice of $120. I returned the sunglasses to the return address in the package and had to pay $5.85 for postage. They told me they made a mistake and sent the wrong order and that I returned the sunglasses to the wrong location, therefore they can now only offer me 30% of what I paid back. I never received the patio furniture and they refuse to send it because they supposedly didn’t get the sunglasses back that I didn’t order in the first place.
