I have received over the year, several notices via email that the GeekSquad billing department is billing me for either "trouble shooting" or for renewing my contract with Geek Squad. "Service completed" on most recent emeail was 2 Sept. 2023, a date when no service was requested or completed. I took the statement to local Best Buy who identified it immediately as a scam.
