Dinavogue is an online clothing retailer. Numerous customers, including myself, have reported on their facebook page that when they receive the clothing, it is of poor quality and does not look like the photos. Their refund policy states: "We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30-day No-Hassle refund policy. If you're unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back and we'll refund your money immediately."

When I provided feedback of the poor quality and requested a refund they offered: "Are you willing to accept a 12USD refund as compensation, so you can keep the item?"

I insisted to them that I do not want to keep the item and I want a refund, but they refuse to send return instructions to me.
