made an order on 12/26/22 paid $19.99 for 1-2 day shipping and still to this date no product, received and email below stating they don't issue refunds, even on items not received..I have another email with my coorespondence from me to them cancelling the order when the two days had passed,( but this system wont upload it). today 1/4 I get an email stating it went to production today!!
