It was the standard script; I heard a slight beep as I answered, probably to forward the call from an automatic dialing service to an agent. A woman with a slight Asian accent answered and asked about my vehicle and the year and the number of miles. She then forwarded me to a man with an American accent who tried to sell me a 4 year unlimited mile plan. I said my zip code was 95616 and with that plus my california phone number they thought I was from California.
