Chiminea never arrived

I ordered a chiminea from this company but never received this item. I have sent emails. The last one bounced back as an invalid email address.

I read the previous review about the man receiving some socks instead. I also received 3 pairs of ugly ankle socks. I couldn’t understand why I received them because I didn’t order those ugly socks. I didn’t connect because my husband opened the package

I ordered a Gorilla Cart for $54.18 They had a Tx address on the web site. They sent me a CHINA tracking #. I read the reviews and tried to cancel the order but it was to late. 15 Days later package arrived in my mail box but has the China tracking number on it but was shipped from a company called AXW 301 Baldwin Park BLVD City Industry CA 92810. This is very alarming a BIG SCAM . A $1.00 belt I went round and round with them for days and still am now to try to get my money back . They wanted pictures of the the belt and package I received I just sent them today but I don't believe I will get what I ordered or the money back. I am going to turn this over to the authorities and hopefully this company will be brought to justice. They also have many other web sites that look the same with different company names. I learned a lesson if the price is to good to be true don't buy it. ( PLEASE BE AWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM )

I ordered a margarita machine from their website and used my credit card. I always make a screenshot of all my transactions for my records. Never received a confirmation email...so I tried calling the number provided and it was disconnected, I email them to the email provided and no response. I disputed with my credit card, and the merchant responded I ordered a sweater and received it. I told them that is not true and send them the screenshot of my transaction...and still dealing with credit card company, they believed the merchant over me.

This place is a joke. I never received my order and after a couple of months of emailing them they finally messaged me back they agreed to refund me but first it was
Going to be 60% I said hell no. I've got all screenshots to where I did every thing I was supposed to. So then they said how about 70% I said maybe it need to contact a attorney. They said how about we keep 7 dollars. I said you give me my 70.00 you can keep the 9.99. They agreed to refund. That's been 3 months ago. And all they say is I'll get with the department and speed them up. But still nothing yet

Transformer 4-Wheel Mobility Scooter Upgraded Version

I place a order on August 20th, for a Scooter the upgraded version for $76 and some change, I got a confirmation number of 58252 but never received an email confirmation with order tracking number and all the contact numbers they have listed on their fake site always ring busy all day. I sent several messages to emails they have listed online but still no reply. So advise anyone not to order from this company Diluio.com they are scammers.

I ordered an All American Sun Oven for 79.00 not realizing it was retailing for 500.00. I immediately canceled the order and requested a refund. It has been 5 weeks and I still have not received the refund Company makes promise but does not meet them

I tried to purchase a Gorilla Cart for $54.18. This was much cheaper (red flag) than most plus free shipping. I received a tracking # and all look legit until I noticed it was coming directly from China. I tracked the "package" for 3 weeks and when it arrived it was an oven mitt. Yes, an oven mitt. This site is still available along with others that are very similar. All have a great price with free shipping.

I was looking for an All American Sun Oven. My husband entered the search for the Sun Oven and this website pulled up: https://www.diluio.com/product/sun-oven-all-american-with-dehydrating-and-prepar...⇄ I looked for them on the ScamPulse.com and no information was found. I also called the number listed 1 (972) 861-2677 and I got a message that my call could not go through. I fortunately didn't order anything from this website due to the fact I don't believe it to be a valid offer, even though this would be an excellent price for one. I'm thinking this is a scam.
