The Diligent Westie website was advertised on Google and seemed to show all available information. However, through the email exchange and request for payment through a secure platform, the representative denied our request. Instead, they required payment through Zelle or an American Express gift card through Walgreens, Walmart, or CVS. They claimed that additional unnamed charges cannot be enable to pay through a secure site. They also proceeded to contact us by phone immediately after we declined to make the payment. Furthermore, they followed up with an email 15 minutes after outlining highly suspicious behavior instructions such as taking photos of the front side of American Express gift cards.
