Ordered 3 sets of Grinch Family matching pajamas. Got an confirmation email, then nothing. Never got tracking info or product. After several attempts to contact the company, the website shut down but only after I said I wanted a refund.

I ordered 2 pairs. Took my $$$ but never got anything else. They did give an order # and i looked on the shop app which states the order was shipped. Must be taking the slow boat from china.

Same thing happened 2 me! I ordered 4! I ordered 4 complete sets in December 1st! I requested a refund when I did not receive anything! I tried to reach out to them, but now it says their store doesn’t exist or isn’t available!

I made a purchase through an ad on Facebook by this company. I did not receive a tracking number and received no reply when I reached out to them for one. My bank statement shows the purchase made from "STORE ONLINE CHIERI" instead of DILAZE USA.

I now can find no way to contact them.
