Company is using an old data base of business contacts (2016 or before) to process monthly, unauthorized debits to business accounts. Their claim is they adopted a "new business philosophy" in December of 2022 which charges fees for NO SERVICES rendered. It is a purely a scam. They claim all contracts are "automatically renewed" with no signature required, when the entire operating guidelines have been altered. Contacting them is useless; employees do not know who their manager is, cannot assist with complaints, and refuse to process any refunds. This is from the business side; it appears that they also take unauthorized payments from customers the businesses are serving.

I checked my credit report via Karma and found this creditor account in the amount of $300.00. I was completely surprised that the credit account was listed as over due and immediately disputed the fraudulent account with Karma. I have no knowledge of said account in arrears and never authorized the pay advance of $300.00 or any other amount, nor did I received any benefit. Have filed complaints with the State of California and Colorado with no resolution. Demanded a VALIDATED NOTICE and received an unsatisfactory response. Further, I demanded detail information and have not received any response. DIGNIFI claims to have deposited the $300.00 into my account and have a return check due to a closed checking account that belongs to me. Requested a copy of the check and my alleged cancelled checking account. This is a classic payday advance scam.
