I received an email that said I had an annual membership that was to be renewed and billed. I never had a membership and I do NOT want to call the number given in the email. I know it is fraud so I will delete the email. If I am charged somehow I will dispute it...

Contact name of the email sender was Reginald Brineger of Digitech Solutions.

I do not subscribe to this service and did not respond to their email. I believe they are phishing for victims. I checked my credit cards and do not see any activity from this company at this time. I just wanted to notify ScamPulse.com of this event.

Here is the email:

I received a similar email from Digitech Solutions on 13/5/2021.
Any attempt to contact them, email or phone, has proven uneventful.
I went to bank to seek help, and my account was shut temporarily, plus my card.
Bank cant do anything unless the money is extracted. Unable to act on email.
I suspect this is the same business that was bothering me with phone calls a few years ago, suggesting
they were part of Telstra. I have changed my card since then, but not confident they won't access it.

This was sent to me as well. I have no history with this company another scam. No phone calls yet, but I get so many scams like this a week I can't keep track. I don't know even what this company is. If they take money from me I'll be destitute, I live on SSDI.

It also says don't hesitate to talk to us if I have any concerns or issues immediately at +1(810)339-9554. It says not to respond to email. The email was generated from [email protected]

I knew immediately this was a scam I do not have any subscriptions now or never have. I got a letter saying that my Digitech Solutions membership would renew on 23 November 2020 and that they were going to debit my bank account $199.99. I have no recollection of talking to this company before or agreeing with their claims. I called the number on the letter and a person speaking in a foreign dialect wanted to help me by going to my computer and going to a website to cancel my account.that said by agreeing to these changes to my harddrive....At that point I stopped communication.

I received this email regarding a renewal from “Digital Solutions”, and called the number given because the company info and supposed agreement from 2018 were not familiar to me. The man who answered advised me to log into my computer and create a cancellation request. I did not log into my computer and told him I was uncomfortable with the process. I asked him what account was charged 2 years ago, and he told me he did not have access to the financial info and to just log in and create the cancellation request form. He kept asking me why I was asking so many questions and what I was afraid of. Eventually he just hung up.
