" Invoice Generated #322041 || $199.99 has been debited from your account"
So I opened the email to see what this was about. I called the number on the "invoice" to cancel whatever the item is. The person who answered could not speak very good English and told me I ordered the service 2 years ago and it would be renewed for $199.99 today.
I told him I want to cancel and he proceeded to tell me I need to turn on my computer, then he put someone else on the phone to walk me through the process of "removing the service" from the computer. He said to press the windows key and the letter R at the same time and hold it. I told him I was not going to do that and he just needed to cancel the service and better not charge anything to my account. He then gave the phone back to the first person, who then hung up on me.
