Linkedin. A person named Katherine D (no last name) recruited me to work for a company, Corbit Digital, as a Salesperson with a 50% commission. I decided to work for them and when doing some research I noticed that all the testimonials and case studies on their website are illegitimate companies with fake phone numbers and fake addresses. My direct lead also showed me client portfolios with an address in Arizona that when searched on Google is a post office instead of a medical company. They take forms of payment through bank accounts and Paypal. I believe this company is looking to scam companies by charging them up to $4000 to help them with their website design and SEO. None of the existing clients checked out to be legitimate. Corbit Digital also has it's physical address being someone's house. The company uses a website called Slack for communications. I have had one zoom meeting with Raul, my direct line, with him not showing his face during our interview. they claim to have two offices one in India and one in Texas.
