My office received a notice that we owed north of $7,000 to yellowpage-florida.com. They state in the letter that we can pay $1495.20 to make the debt go away. They ask the money be sent to them by check made payable to Digital Marketing Support or wire transferred to Barclays Bank, IBAN GB29 BARC 2001 9643 1235 53 SWIFT: BARCGB22. I called and said I did not know what they were referring to, we never received an invoice, and I would not feel comfortable paying them anything, especially via wire transfer. They proceeded to tell me that "good people pay their debts" and they had invoices we had allegedly signed, although the office has no record of them. I told them we would not be paying and hung up. I called the BBB which has no record of this business existing in San Francisco, where they allege to be. Their website says nothing about debt collection services, but only marketing services.
