I received an email stating my trial had ended from WIRELESSXT EARBUDS through email address [email protected]. They said they had withdrawn from my account was ad health key. It was withdrawn $97.95 all of it. The phone number beside the withdrawal name was 18339006863. I called it and the representative got enough information to pull up my supposed account and said my trial ended (for what I still don't know). I explained I never received the earbuds. He said, and I also said I never heard of them, and I am an elderly woman and have no use of earbuds. I have a landline. And nothing to use them with. I asked for a refund. He said they would offer a 25% refund when I said forget it, he offered me a 50% refund and I said no I wanted a full refund. He said he was only authorized the 50% refund and when I asked how much that was because I was so annoyed. He couldn't tell me or figure it out, I had to. It amounted to $48 and change. I told him I was reporting him and the company. There is another number, but it was a third party number and the girl couldn't even find my account. In the email, they listed an invoice number. Never seen it before. No picture available I didn't receive one and can't seem to get screenshot to post. I will send it in another report if I can.
