This company tells you they will make you website for $400 - or a better site for $700. I said I couldn't afford a $700 site. So he billed me for a $400 which I had to pay up front using Pioneer (who wont reverse charges) and tell you over and over that at any time if your not satisfied- they will refund all of your money. They take extra long to make it (4 weeks) asking you for full size photos- and even if you say don't do any work that will increase the price. They never show you any previews of the website- ever! -saying its in the coding stage and cant be viewed. - 3 days before they say it will finally be finished - they demand $300 more. I said it wasn't what we agreed on and that I still couldn't afford a $700 site so I would have to cancel and asked him to refund my money. He didn't. The scam they pull is called the bait and switch. Bait you with a cheap site then make you pay more to actually get it delivered. I dont know if they even deliver iof you do pay the $300 more since they never showed me anything.
