Website stated that I had viruses on my computer. I called the 1-800 number from the website pop up. Technician Ethan Hall (heavy foreign Accent) said that they could repair me for $850. It had to be paid in cashier check. They remote into my computer, disabled my anti virus and installed their own program. they then tried to install a program so that they could "remotely support" me in the future. I shut down system and did not accept their phone calls. I did not pay a dime!
