Received robo phone call informing me there was some breach activity going on, in my computer, if I wanted more information about activity to press 1, which I did. A live tech came on and told me he could help me to stop activity right away. I gave him permission (my fault) to work on it from his end. Anyway after he ran some programs, came the pricing. whether I wanted 11 months for 249.99 or 5 years for 599.99. He was really pushing for the 5 years, I told him I did not have that kind of money since I was disabled and could not afford it, so he dropped the 5 year amount to 399.99. He told me he would call me back in 15 minutes while another tech worked on the computer and we hung up. 10 minutes later girl by the name Jessica advises me that no card will be used, but I can use a cashiers check from bank and I was to call them by 1 pm. that was the time I gave them as having the cashiers check for 399.99. and she asked if I had a printer with scan ability and I said yes and I would be sending it to apploft llc. She told me to call 1-408-618-6966 to get more instructions. About 5 minutes later the tech came back on and at that time I asked him why was I sending any payment to this apploft llc, he just informed me that they handled the payments for DIGI secure technologies. He said he would talk to me next day 5/24/2018, but I didn't feel right with this information and decided not to accept their calls or to pay.
