Computer screen locked up with a phone # to call. no matter what I did I couldn't unlock it. I called and someone who said he was microsoft tech support said he could fix it but I would need to purchased a tech support option, which I did. Even though I questioned him as I was skeptical he was very convincing and I purchased a tech support plan and they fixed the problem. The next morning still being skeptical I looked them up on the ScamPulse.com website and there is no record of them. Now I need to get my $$ back
