Website said "FREE TRIAL" only pay shipping. But charges you $170 after 14days and automatically enrolls you into auto shipment! I noticed the charges the second month I was billed and I called customer service. After explaining the reason for the call, the call mysteriously disconnected. I called back furious, and after 37 minutes was finally transferred to a "supervisor". After about another 20 irate minutes with the supervisor she processed the one month refund that I originally requested. It is abusive, misleading, deceptive and unfair. A form of entrapment!

Couldn't cancel in time because they kept hanging up on me then billed me twice never received the first order,the second I received and was billed 89.00$,&84.47 the first time.phone1888752-2911 order#1540338 ref#293278. Ultra Body Garcinia advertises a 14 day free trial on their products that are shipped from Diet Solutions in fountain Hills, AZ. I placed my order on Friday, February 12, 2016 and after trying their products with no results for 12 days, I called on Sunday, February 28, 2016 to cancel my free trial and cancel any further shipments. I was told that the 14 day trial begins the day you place the order, not the day that you receive it. I received my order on February 17, 2016. I told them that was deceptive advertising and I was going to report them. They stated that the website where the order was placed states farther down that the 14 day trial starts on the day the order is placed. We argued and I said I was still going to report them because you cannot try something if you do not have it in hand. He "transferred me to his supervisor" who was actually him again. We argued again and I told him I was going to report them and I hung up. Within the hour I received and email response that I would be refunded the money they had already charged for my 14 day trial and would cancel my subscription for future shipments.
