I ordered a diecast car on October 26, 2021. I received a very generic email saying we are processing your order and they included my order number. They ask for patience due to Covid. I have made several attempts but it seems the emails do not go anywhere.

The site is huge and offers a lot of product, but apparently a fake. I am out 65 dollars. Many others probably a lot more.

Order on line in early October. Like others I received a confirmation email. My credit card was immediately charged. After numerous emails requesting the status, I received no response. 2 months later I reported them to American Express. The charge was reversed.

Ordered through them on 9/19/21, got confirmation email, my card was charged $34.94. I noticed that there were plenty of be patient warnings, some due to COVID, others due to manufacturer’s delays. Long story short I reached out on 3 separate occasions about my order and received no reply. I’m out $34.94 and there’s nothing that can be done except complain on this site.

Suspicious, I emailed asking if they can confirm two rare cars were in stock. No reply.

I purchased a model car online with my credit card, and received an automated receipt, but no shipping information after several weeks. I went back to the website to contact the vendor, and realized that there was no possible way to contact them. no address, phone, email, nothing.
