I’ll be having hand surgery

I got my nails done here for the first time now I have this big bubble poking out from inside my cuticle area (center) I have no idea what it is it hurts so bad from the tip of my finger I have no feeling & up, down through my hand in the same finger (ring finger).
& mind you I don't get my nails done much my thumb looked the same it was a big bubble as well & I literally lost my nail my thumb looked like the first photo with the same bubble poking out that went away on it's own now I just don't have no nail whatsoever.
When getting a fill or nails removed I RECOMMEND getting them removed carefully elsewhere this is the first time I have had a incident in 26 years ( like this from a nail salon it's the most pain ever you can't do much because u need your hands to do everything. & I'm left handed it's affecting my life & I have 3 kids.
Work like this is unacceptable & irresponsible!
This place is ZERO stars for me.
I went to the hospital & urgent care twice this week!
Now getting seen again for the second attempt l'm going to get hand surgery this is serious this issue won't go away it's affecting a person LIFE.

Michelle Mendoza poses a continuing threat to the public welfare through the illegal practice of medicine.

Upon verifying through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Michelle Mendoza does not have any valid instructor license or credential, also upon verifying with the Texas Medical Board, it was proven that Michelle Mendoza does not currently have any valid medical licenses, Ms. Michelle Mendoza has falsely claimed to be a licensed medical professional in her attempt to victimize job applicants.

Shirley Ann “belleza y besos” is a scam her self. Not wanting to issue me a refund for my messed up lips!
Plus, Michelle certified in lashes but, she still told me I have to go to school to get licensed. There’s a difference. Michelle is a great owner, mentor and I truly look up to her. You truly are pathetic to have to write this Shirley Ann!
Plus, Shirley was always answering her as she would say, “ baby dad “. Very unprofessional. She had me waiting 30 mins because she had to cool off to because, her ac was broken. She didn’t even acknowledge me.

Michelle Mendoza the salon owner/operator solicited on her social media site that she was providing certification classes/programs for a position she wanted to hire called: Lip Filler Tech. I inquired about the position and was hired, I was told I needed to pay for the certification in the amount of $600. I began my training under Michelle Mendoza Cosmetology license # 1759560, and started my employment at her salon: DidThat Hair and Nail Studio located at 6739 NW Loop 410 San Antonio, Texas 78238. After completing my training I was told by Michelle Mendoza I was ready to sign a contract and to receive my certificate. I was told that there was no ink in the printer and that I would be receiving my certificate later when Michelle Mendoza would be able to print it at her salon. I then began my employment renting a booth from Michelle Mendoza’s salon and renting it at a weekly amount of $150. I began paying rent for weeks June 19, 2021 and paid rent in advance for week 6/26/2021 (Since I would be out of town) As of today 06/24/2021 I am no longer in any contractual relationship with Michelle Mendoza or DidThat Hair and Nail Studio and was not able to receive my certificate due to fraud committed on Michelle Mendoza’s behalf. She is withholding my certificate and upon checking with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations Michelle Mendoza does not have any instructor’s license to be issuing or certifying or charging people for receiving certifications at her salon, she does not offer educational manuals or trainings and during my training it was only through videos of another institutes training site. She has been defrauding many other students as well.
