Recently we have had to deal with an ongoing refund process through Amazon. Today, posing as an Amazon support specialist, Roy explained to us that we had bought items ranging from $5000. We told him that we did not. He said that we ordered those items and that it’s going to an address in Winnipeg (We don’t live there). Further, he told us the various banks connected to the purchases. Immediately we were cautious as many banks he listed were some we did not use. We told him that we would hang up and speak to our banks and he promptly hung up as well.
