My husband received a call and a voicemail from 1-888-239-1946 phone number requesting he call back to discuss a warranty claim. "This is the last attempt before I need to close out your claim, it is imperative you call me immediately. My number is 888-239-1946 and you can ask for Jeff." When I called back for my husband on a different phone number an Earnest answered the phone and did not disclose a business name. I asked which insurance company and claim this is in reference to and he replied "You will need to call back on the phone number we called you on or I need a vehicle make, model and registration information to look it up" I replied by asking which company again and whether this was a sales call. His immediate response was "have a nice day, ma'am" and he hung up. I called right back and the number said it was no longer in service.

This person called me and said that someone had a left a complaint about me in his office and it is imperative thst I call him back at the toll free number listed above...however he called me from his personal cell phone registered in Belle Haven Virginia (757)...he also called me on a Saturday morning shortly after I got off the phone speaking to someone...this type of occurrence has happened to me before and it is important to me that this time the behavior is reported accordingly. Intentionally misuse by people in authoritative positions (strong, deep voice) as a means to intimidate is very inappropriate. This is a scam because if this call and/or caller was legitimate...vital contents concerning the reason for the call would have been left within the message. This was very unprofessional and unwelcomed. Also, the caller intentionally "muffled" his name so that it was not clear even after repeating the message multiple times.

Received multiple calls, several times a day from various numbers. When asked for the business name they do not provide it, but insist that I am in debt and that they will provide the relief.
