I dropped off my Jeep for a service repair and they said it was ready to be picked up. After paying, they provided me with someone else’s keys. They said my car wasn’t repaired yet, Taylor showed me my key and never tagged it for a repair job. I owe 17,000 on the vehicle and last I heard it was still in the shop, that was a week ago. I am worried, I’m not going to get my car back after my mom who is 71 and dad 72 who owns the car made the payment.
