I bought a universal championship belt like the belt on the Word Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on 8/9/21 for my son. As of today 9/3/21 I have never received my belt . I asked for a refund on 8/23/21 because as of this date my product still was not shipped out to me. I keep getting the run around from someone by the name of Erick and Frank Carter. I have repeatedly asked for a refund, my refund is $189.00. I keep getting the runaround. Frank Carter keeps telling me that my item was shipped out to me but he would not provide me with the shipping tracking number so that I could track my package and see if it is coming. Eventually on 8/24/21 i was issued a refund then on 8/29 the refund was abruptly stopped. I called PayPal to see what happened and they said that Dichini Ltd stopped the refund I spoke with Frank and asked him why did he stop my refund and he said we shipped your product but he still refuses to give me the tracking info to track the package. Frank then eventually told me that I am not getting back my money. So I am out $189 and never received my package.
