I purchased an exotic bird from Diana's Birds several weeks ago. I paid for this bird and it was going to be shipped to me. I received a tracking number. When it arrived at the shipping yard, I was told that I had to pay $800.00 for a special crate because the bird was so little, which would be refunded to me upon shipment of the bird. When I called to check on the package, to see why it hadn't shipped - the lady who I spoke with from the shipping company was very rude and hung up on me.
