I’ve ordered two expensive face creams from Diane’s beauty supply and am dealing with the same issues as everyone above I have not received the product and I have tried emailing and phoning numerous times and nobody is getting back to me. I now have to go to my credit card as this is a fraud.

I place an order on August 19, 2023, for $140 and never received by order. We're October 2, and I made numerous attempts to call them and emailed them. Never received a reply. I will contact my credit card company. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

I had a $38.74 transaction from Diane Beauty Supply on March 2, 2023 for a pair of professional cuticle shippers that were out of stock everywhere else I tried.
That should have been my first warning sign.
I did not received my purchase.
I tried to contact the seller multiple times for an order status via email (Dianebeautysupply.ca) to get an order status update or a tracking number and have gotten no response for my order inquiries.  
I just did a web search of Diane Beauty Supply and see that it is likely a scam.
I have filed a charge dispute with my credit card company which will likely take up to 90 days to resolve.
Stay away from Diane Beauty Supply!

SCAM SCAM. Never received my items.I ordered this first Christmas
gifts a Total of $90.00. This is a Scam. I got an Online Receipt with order number I've been contacting them No one answers/ response.
Don't Order from them.

I ordered Matrix RAW RECOVER CONDITIONER 1250ML 42 oz on 07/02/22 and I still have not received my order nor have not received an update. I have e mailed company [email protected] and have called 1-800-621-0508 left messages with response to either one. They do not deliver in any way. Do not order from these thieves.

I ordered hairspray on July 8 from Diane’s beauty supply just sent me an email they’re processing the order charged me $50 Ann sent me one can they do not answer any phone calls they do not answer any emails.

Hi There

I have ordered goods worth 133 Cad , received a confirmation of order number and reference to, I will receive my notification when order will be shipped. What is strange it’s passed 3 months already now since I ordered, and no tracking details, no one came back to when I enquired about my order, about two times. How would you be able to help?

Bought for $100,00 cream, paid using AMEX, no delivery.
Waited more than a month.
Contacted Amex, they returned our payment, two hours later, we received email from Diane Beauty Supply that "your order is on the way"... the USPS tracking number was bogus.
This is not only a SCAM, this is fraud.

Ordered $40 of product and never received anything! They send you an email saying the order is on its way and then you never hear from them again. They don’t reply to emails, phone calls, nothing. I’m mind boggled that their website is still up with all the complaints. Save your money, don’t get scammed by them !

I purchased on line item Jane Carter locking spray in the amount of 40 dollars Jan 9 2022 never received a tracking number. Sent emails try to call from looking up a number dont know if that was legit

I've ordered foil the 5th of December and nothing arrived,no one answer email and phone number not working . They shouldn't be allowed to operate and Internet site should be taken down. Where's my money? So unprofessional, I hope you are
dead,sick or in jail !

I placed an order of Dr Miracle’s Follicle Healer in December 2021 for $120 til today I have never received a confirmation email let alone a shipping and tracking company details. I called the number on the website but no one as I just want my money back

I placed an order for a hair spray that was out of stock everywhere else but their website listed as available. I made the purchase on Dec 25, 2021 and was charged the same day but never received tracking info and item was never received. I emailed them in January for a total of three time and not once did they reply. Out of the blue on January 12, 2021, I received tracking notice that the item had finally been shipped, NINETEEN DAYS after purchase. Their customer service is Literally Non-Existant. I absolutely do not recommend this online business.

Same thing - placed a $87.14 order in mid-Nov 2021 and to date (12-16-21), no receipt of order, can't get anyone to answer @ customer service ph number and no responses to my email requesting for order status. Yes, this company should be investigated & shut down. Also, owners should be accountable & penalized. DO NOT EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - A TOTAL SCAM OPERATION!

I spent 237.00 at this place waiting to do my hair . And I am very upset with google for advertising this company . I looked for bad reviews and nothing . Then all of a sudden a week goes by and they pretend to ship your product to you do you don’t catch on right away. Karma will get them.
