Received phone call from Charolette with Financial Collections and Recovery on behalf of Diagnostic Laboratories.She was calling to collect 492.72 for blood work collected on August 7 2022 for my husband. She also stated a letter was mailed to my house which I did not recieve(correct address) .I called her back with a three way conversation which included myself and my insurance company person. Would not give me # of insurance company ashe she said her company signed a non disclosure agreement. My husband had no labs drawn in 2022 and even if the insurance company was not billed( no records with insurance) I was still responsible as a service was rended. Her call back # was 808-481-3373. which when googled came to this site. Was going to submit this to the various credit bureaus . SCAM reported it to the Consumet Financial Bureau.
