they contacted us by phone regarding toner supplies, got a new person on the phone who gave their name and verified phone number. We got an invoice from them that was paid in error by check. Now we keep getting invoices for supplies that we never ordered or received, nor do we want to because we are under contract with our printer company,. They don't return phone calls, the phone beeps busy 2 times and disconnects. They ended up getting over $750 the first time. We are onto them but can't block them. Now because they have a check, they theoretically have access to our business banking information.
