I received an email from DHL Express that my package that I ordered had gotten the label damaged, so they needed my address and phone number to contact me to reschedule delibery. They said it would cost &2.00 to process the second delivery. The email asked for my bank card number, expiration date, and cvc, which I gave them. My bank did not process the charge and declined it. They said someone would call me. Then when I checked my email, I noticed that Epicfitness.site had charged me for $2.00 to subscribe for a membership, and I had 3 days to cancel or I would be charged for the full membership. I called their number, but it was disconnected. I then emailed them and told them that I had never authorized this membership and I to cancel everything and that I would be contacting BBB. I received an automated email saying they’ve received my request and a support rep will be contacting me.
