I ordered a name brand purse for $30. I should have known it was not legit but I have seen videos of others that ordered similar items. I expected shipping to take a while (assuming it would be international). I got one update that it had shipped but every time I tracked it hasn’t updated at all. Just says label has not been created. There’s no way to get in touch with customer service there is no # and I wasn’t even able to log in to my account even after changing my password multiple times. I finally logged in under Facebook and found my order wasn’t even in my account. I also go to click on the product in order confirmation email but it keeps saying product does not exist... so kind of assuming I’m out $30 on this purchase

Item took 2 months to arrive, was a cheap fabric, and not what was listed in pic. Website has typos and fake links. Impossible to get help or refund.

The Online retailer DHGate, is selling non-authentic products. After you order and receive your order, they direct you to dispute directly with the seller. When the seller is unresponsive after x amount of days, you can then file a claim with DHGate. However, DHGate does nothing to help you return your purchase or get a refund.
