Called my mobile phone several times and left voice mail messages referring to a file number and to call their immediately. They do not leave a message or name involving the person they are referring to. They are very cryptic. I don't have any bill or file claim number they are referring to.

This company has called people who are both related to me and not related to me. Most recently, they called my uncle's wife's sister looking for me. She didn't even know my last name. They are claiming that I owe a debt but will not send any documentation. They are demanding payment by phone or they will have me arrested. I know that things do not work that way. I am more concerned with the fact that they are calling friends, relatives and acquaintances who I hardly even know. They are violating several debt collection practices.

A company claiming to be "DFC Legal Services" called my parent's landline phone 4 times and my cell phone 2 times in 15 minutes. They state it is imperative that we call back ASAP to avoid legal action. They leave a claim # and each time it was in reference to a different family member.

Person called about my sister in law need to speak with her about a legal matter stating if she did not contact they with in the hour criminal charges would be filed
