SOLD 2 purses to this business ran by SANA MANSOUR she is a registered LLC over instagram. after she received the bags she is scamming me. she filed a charge back with her back claiming that she never authorized the transaction total is $3290. She had my items over 8 days and is claiming they aren't authentic which is not true because i have receipts and showed her proof. nonetheless i asked her to return my bags in order for me to refund her. she refused, and is asking me to double refund her before she sends one of them. she is refusing to do anything. basically black mailing me to pay her another $3290 in addition to what she charged back with the bank. she is also refusing to send my purses back. I have asked her to stop black mailing me and extorting me. send my items back so that i can refund it; HOWEVER I found out that she is still selling my items on her instagram page as well as her website while blackmailing me for more money. She already sold one of them and took the funds from another person. she is threatening and went on her instagram page and had multiple people bully and harass me. I have tried to solve this amicably, but she is completely refusing and demanding for me to PAY HER MORE MONEY, before she send my items back
