I had a charge on my bank card for $72 and change. I called. A man answered. Wouldn't give me his name. I asked for the name of the company and he asked me what I needed. I told him they charged my bank card and I wanted my money back. He told me I was being hostile and I needed to calm down before he would speak to me. He said "I will wait until you calm down". I asked to speak to his supervisor, he told me no. I asked for the name of the company again, he wouldn't give it to me. Then, I did yell at him. I told him I wanted the money he took out of my account put back on. He told me he was going to hang up on me if I didn't calm down. Never did get the name of the company or his name. I told him I was going to report this to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. He told me to go ahead, he didn't care. I called my bank and cancelled the credit card. Am also going to contact the Attorney General. Has anybody else had dealings with this company?
