Purchased a puppy online and paid for it, including shipping. Got an email from the shipping wanting $1300.00 because of state law requiring purchaser is able afford puppy. I sent that money thru Walmart to Walmart money transfer. Next email they needed another $1650.00 for vacinations and an airline approved shipping crate. At this point I assumed this was a scam and contacted BBB.
