A *** *** rep kept calling me at my business. Finally I told him I would sign up for his business directory for a month. When the second month rolled around, I had my office manager call and cancel because I received another bill. About a week later, the rep called and stated I signed up for a year and could not cancel.



I refuse to pay for something I did not sign up for. I asked him to send over the paperwork, and he sent over what I had signed. He wrote in a one-year subscription after I had signed it!
