I scheduled a hair appointment with devoir hair collection on the website provided on the companies Instagram page. I followed all policies and sent the 75$ deposit through cash app . A few days later I received a text from the devoir hair collection customer service phone # (it’s listed on their Instagram page) requesting that I send them another 75$ dollar deposit on Apple Pay. I then sent proof that I had previously sent a deposit on cash app. Once I sent that, I received an email saying my hair appointment was cancelled. I asked the owner if it was a mistake and she reassured me that she would put me back in her system but I never received a confirmation email. The owner had a strict policy of me dropping my wig off the day prior to me getting it installed, so I headed over to the town she said she was in. At the time she still hadn’t given me an address she just told me to drive to drive to a city (which I should have questioned) After that, she stopped all communication that day. I never received an address for the owners salon. I texted her the morning of my appointment and still didn’t receive a response until minutes before the appointment was scheduled for, leaving me no time to arrive on time. It was extremely unprofessional and seeing as there was a lack of communication from the owner/ the service was not completed. I requested a refund and she denied .
