I ordered two phones from them and my husband and I decided we no longer wanted them. There was no cancel order link on the site so I emailed them to ask if they could cancel the order. They said that they could and that it would take up to a week for our money to be refunded. It has been a month now, and we still haven't gotten the refund, which was a little over $400.00. I have emailed them asking when I would get the refund, and they keep telling me that it has to be sent to another department. Now they are not writing back at all. They take your money and never send the phones and when you ask for a refund they ignore you. Horrible people.
