I received a quote from Keon Perryman, we signed a contract and it started fine. We live out of town so we trusted that he would do as he indicated. But then came delays, especially after he received the $51,000 that we paid him, and then we could not get a call back for days, then weeks, until one day his wife Danielle Burton took over the project because Keon was unable to speak due to a shoulder injury from a car accident (she never explained the actual problem even though this sounds puzzling). She then provided me with a long list of bogus expenses that included her electricity bill for $500 to account for the $51,000. They stopped the job and kept my money. Later, I discovered that the license that Keon listed was someone else's, and he has a criminal record. Take a look at the photo to see what I got for $51,000. I have more photos but the system did not allow me to add more. In summary, the job was not only incomplete, and they left damages, such as dried cement on the basement windows that poured out into the side of the house, broken windows in the basement, and the plumbing and electrical are a disaster. I have filed a claim with the Michigan Attorney's Office in November 2018.
