On May 4th I ordered two masks at the price of $35 each plus postage totalling $83.00 as promoted on Facebook by an acquaintance of mine. At that time, he was promoting the business as The Masquerie. I paid $83.00 by Venmo to Benson Roberts III. He accepted the money and from that point on, gave assorted excuses, initially via Facebook and once this personal and Masquerie account were closed, via text message ignored emails. I was patient but repeatedly requested delivery of goods or a refund as I waited well over 90 days from date of payment in early May. He probably thinks he can get away with scamming and ripping people off in small increments of $35, but I can guarantee I am not the only person to have paid in good faith last spring only to receive neither goods nor refund, or even common courtesy of response.
