I believe Detmazi is a scam. I ordered gym equipment and received a open plastic bag of face masks from an address in China. The company's shipping policy on their website states "We will ship within 72 hours after you place the order. It will be shipped from USA and it usually takes 10 to 22 days to receive your product." It also states "Processing time: verify order details, source, quality inspection and packaging. All orders will be shipped from the manufacturer within 72 hours after placing an order and receiving payment. Delivery time: The time to reach the destination after delivery from our warehouse." This company claims to be located in CT. However, my package shipped from China, not the USA, as per their website claim. I contacted the manufacturer, and they claimed no affiliation with Detmazi. When contacted, Detmazi offers a replacement item, then a partial refund, then a full refund if the recipient pays returning shipping fees to a different address in China. There is an FBI warning for this scam type: ALERT NUMBER I-080320-PSA.
