The company was found via an online search. An online form was used to schedule a vehicle detailing service. A follow up call from a company representative was then received, during which a specific date and time for the appointment was scheduled. No company representative showed up or called to cancel. Subsequently, an email was received with a discount and an apology for the missed service. The discount code was used to reapply for the service on a subsequent date. This time, when the service representative called, the person scheduled the appointment and took credit card details, address, and name of the customer. Again, no one from the company showed up or called. When attempting to call to rectify the matter, no answer was again from the telephone number on the company’s website. Several telephone numbers were tried but no customer service representative was reached. Finally, the last number that was tried was answered by a company member, who didn’t ask any details about the missed service, but quickly reconnected to a number which again led to no answer. They were tried via email as well. In summary, the company was paid for the service but never showed or made contact to reschedule our explain why, and no refund was offered.
