They never sent the merchandise that I purchased. When I called them, they said it showed as delivered. We have cameras and it was never delivered. They said to check with the neighbors. I asked them to verify the address that it was delivered to and they did not even have my correct zip code. They offered several lower refunds but why would I settle for that when I never received my merchandise and I am sure it was never even sent. I told them I expected a full refund and they told me it would take a month. Still no refund. The place is a scam. Do not buy from them.

I was on ****** in Jan 2025 scrolling and the commercial for Desyarnic kept coming up so I decided to check it out. It seemed to be a legitimate web page. Everything was on sale. I thought they may be selling overstocked merchandise. The website was offering free shipping on orders $35. I purchased 5 items totaling $41.27 and paid with a ****. Received an email a few days later that my order was shipped and gave me an Order Number and that it could be tracked on Track718, with the tracking number which is an online global tracking platform that supposedly can track packages from any shipping carrier. I kept tracking my package it was snail moving, then after February 2025 came and went i got worried!! Then in March 2025 it said it was in the US and at the Atlanta Distribution Center then that the package was to be arriving through ****, The updated info was still the original shipper from I think China. Got email response it said they tried to deliver it but the business was'nt open I'm in an apartment complex no business close to my apartment. And that they would try again the next day.

It never came. I kept emailing the company throughout this. They said they sent out a new package I waited same thing again no package but said Delivered! After over 90+ days I never received the package that this tracking platform indicates. I checked with neighbors, checked everywhere on my front porch and back porch.. Nothing. So.. I contacted them the seller again thru the gmail. I told them that I hadn't received my order even though the tracking platform states that it was delivered. Twice! I insisted they provide me proof of shipping details. They never produced this information. I contacted **** they can't help because the numbers are fake. I have several back and forth messages from their customer service team and they offered me 70% refund about 5 days ago, I refused to take a partial refund for items that I never received. I told them that I wanted 100% refund for an order that they faked being shipped with a tracking numbers that was fake. 3 days ago they finally said they were going to process the refund but it would take 25 days! I told them that they shouldn't try to hold out and delay the refund because of timelines of when I can try to dispute the charge with the bank card that is no longer usable. I will be surprised if I am refunded!!! I'm on a fixed income and really thought I found a good deal. So sad that these criminals are getting away with this over and over and the consumer just gets ripped-off! Where is the justice in this you all need to be able to fine jail or whatever and get us our money back.
